Applying and Editing Tax Rates

You can add or edit tax types and tax rates that are to be applied to charge categories.

To apply tax type and edit tax rate

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Select the Rates tab, and then select the Taxes tab.
  3. Enable (checked) the tax types that are to be applied, and then enter the tax rate value.
  4. If Use Tiered Tax is enabled, then enter the tax tier information in the appropriate fields.
  5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
